Important Information

Once the Product Order Form has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order. An invoice will be attached containing bank transfer details. Items will only be dispatched once payment in full has been received (unless otherwise agreed).

Postage & Packaging

Prints are packaged in hard backed envelopes. The packaging used in the dispatch of your print order is not acid free and is for transportation purposes only. Prints must be removed from this packaging as soon as possible. The tissue paper enclosed however is acid free and is used to protect your print.

We aim to dispatch items within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail (Tracked48) and are usually delivered within 2 days after dispatch.

UK mainland delivery is free. International shipping will cost £10

Display and care instructions

To increase the longevity of your print, please ensure the image is framed appropriately using only acid free materials and displayed behind UV glass. Prints should not be displayed in direct sunlight and should be kept in a cool dry environment free from airborne pollutants.

Giclee prints should be stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight and environmental pollutants. Care should be taken to ensure the prints do not come into contact with any material that is not acid free as this can cause leaching into the print(s).
